The University of Stirling has come top among Scottish universities for graduate employment, according to the Higher Education Statistics Agency.
Stirling beat back Aberdeen University, Robert Gordon, Strathclyde, and Dundee in the top 10 UK universities for graduate employment.
HESA recorded 96.8% of Stirling graduates were either in work or further training after six months, exceeded only by Keele (97.5%) and Cumbria (96.9%).
The new data also showed no Scottish universities to be in the bottom 10 universities for graduate employment.
Principal and Vice-Chancellor of the University, Professor Gerry McCormac, said: “In delivering high quality, relevant and innovative academic courses, we aim to equip all of our students with lifelong knowledge and skills that ensure their readiness for life after University.
“Our Careers and Employability Service is also integral to developing students into employable, confident graduates with the requisite skills, knowledge and experience to contribute to and succeed in an ever changing environment outside of campus.
“It’s fantastic to be recognised for this as we continue to see our graduates thrive and reach their full potential.”
The biggest jump in performance was from University of Strathclyde, with class of 2014-15 having a 4.9% higher employment rate than the previous year.
The tables were made up of universities with more than 500 respondents, measuring the proportion of UK-domiciled full-time first degree leavers.
