The Stirling University LGBT+ Society held one of the first events of the university’s Pride Week. The society held the ‘Big Gay Quiz’ in one of Cottrell’s lecture theatres on Monday evening.

The quiz was hosted by Craig Stephen and Matt Glassford of the University’s LGBT Society, who said, “We really wanted to do something fun that everyone can take part in, regardless of whether or not you identify as LGBT, and a quiz is always a good way to go about that.”

Both hosts were impressed with the number of people that showed up to participate in the quiz. 11 teams participated in the quiz, which both hosts agreed was a great turnout for one of Pride Week’s first events.

The Stirling University LGBT+ Society will be hosting events and setting up information stalls in the atrium all week as part of Pride Week.
