It is the third year in a row that the Symposium group have organised such an event. The group is run and co-ordinated solely by students from the University and they have managed to put together an impressive lineup. Contract Scotland, Adopt an Intern, STEP, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Sporting Chance, Scot Grad, Alasdair Gammack and staff from employment and careers will all be attending, aswell as networking expert Colin McKeand.

The purpose of the event is to connect students and business men and women to learn more about networking, why it is so important and how to do it well. There will also be an opportunity to learn more about networking and possible job opportunities.

Marketing assistant for Stirling Symposium and fourth year business student Georgie Kelly said: “It’s been a challenging but rewarding experience. As a team we have managed to connect with local businesses and develop networks for ourselves as well as the event.”

The event is free to attend but spaces are limited, tickets available here.
