Stirling Castle’s audio guides have been made available online with accompanying scripts.
Due to the current coronavirus rules, the attraction is closed and finding new ways to engage the public.
The audio tours include stories about life at the Stewart Court, the meaning behind the Stirling Heads, the last siege of Stirling Castle and the identification of medieval skeletons which were found at the castle.

There are also audio tours for ; Edinburgh Castle, Doune Castle, Fort George, Glasgow Cathedral, Iona Abbey, Jarlshof, Jedburgh Abbey, Melrose Abbey, Smailholm Tower and St Andrews Castle.
Currently, the guides are most compatible with mobile devices using Safari and Chrome browsers. They may not work with Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge.
