Stirling castle is set to re-open this weekend.
This comes after Historic Scotland revealed that they will be opening three castles across Scotland.
Stirling Castle along with Edinburgh and Urquhart Castle are all set to open on Saturday 1 August.
Visitors will be allowed to visit the castles again, however things will be different.
A post from Historic Scotland Facebook page said: “There’ll be a few changes to make sure all our staff and visitors stay safe, but there’s still loads to explore and centuries of history to uncover.
“Pre-booking is essential for everyone, including members.”
Social distancing measures will be in place at each castle.
Additionally, staff will be provided with full PPE and training, and enhanced cleaning, and face masks will be required in certain areas.
The castles have been shut since the start of the lockdown due to the coronavirus pandemic in late March.
