Dirty Snowmen
Ingredients:
- Baileys
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Hot Chocolate
- Melted Chocolate
- Chocolate shavings
- Whipped cream
Instructions:
Step 1: Pour melted chocolate and shavings onto a dish. Dip the rims of a mug/mugs into the melted chocolate and then into the shavings.
Step 2: Add a scoop of ice cream into each mug. Then pour the baileys and hot chocolate on top. Finally, top with whipped cream.
Sparkling Wine Mojito Punch
Ingredients:
- Sugar
- Lime Juice
- Mint Leaves
- Light Rum
- Sparkling Wine
Instructions:
Step 1: In a large bowl mix in the sugar and fresh lime juice until the sugar dissolves. Then add in the mint leaves and rum and let it sit for an hour.
Step 2: When ready to serve poor into glasses and add sparkling wine. Serve with ice.
Christmas Cosmopolitan
Ingredients:
- Vodka
- Pomegranate Juice
- Cranberry Juice
- Orange Liqueur
- 1 Lime
Instructions:
Step 1: Add vodka, pomegranate juice, cranberry juice, orange liqueur in a glass. Add ice and some lime juice, you can also add raspberries for extra flavours.
Warm Tea-and-Cider Punch
Ingredients:
- Fresh Apple Cider
- English Breakfast Tea Bags
- 1 Sliced Lemon
- Bourbon
Step 1: Bring your apple cider to boil in a large pan. Then reduce the heat and simmer the cider for 30-35 minutes.
Step 2: Remove the cider from the heat then add and handful of tea bags and sliced lemon. Let this sit for about 4-5 minutes and then remove the tea bags.
Step 3: Stir in Bourbon and serve warm.
Classic Snowball
Ingredients:
- Lime Cordial/ Juice
- Advocaat
- Sparkling Lemonade
Step 1: Fill a glass with ice and add about 15ml of lime juice/cordial. Then pour in the lemonade and advocaat and stir.
Blessmosas
Ingredients:
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Cranberry Juice
- Apple Cider
- Prosecco
- 1 Apple, diced
- Cranberries
Step 1: Combine the sugar and cinnamon on a dish. Dip the rim of the glass in water, then dip into the sugar and cinnamon.
Step 2: Fill a glass with ¼ of cranberry juice. Then add apple cider up halfway and finally add Prosecco. Finally mix in the apple and cranberries.
