Summer Smoothie Treats

This summer, more than any before, we need some sweet treats. So, why not kick start your summer with these splendid summer smoothies?

With four different flavours, there is something for everyone.

Each of these delicious smoothies can be made the same way – for the best results, follow this step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Chop the fruit and add it to the blender

Step 2: Add any remaining ingredients, except for the milk-based product

Step 3: Blend well, until mixed together

Step 4: Add the milk product

Step 5: Blend again until thick and smooth

Step 6: Pour into a tall glass, and enjoy!

Raspberry Razzle

  • 100g fresh or frozen strawberries, raspberries and/or blueberries
  • 100g strawberry yoghurt
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 4 ice cubes

Green Glow

  • 85g spinach
  • 85g kale
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 1 peach
  • 4 ice cubes

Smooth Summer Sunshine

  • 1 mango (peeled and chopped into chunks)
  • 250ml orange juice
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • 2 peaches

Tropicana Treat

  • Pineapple chunks
  • Mango chunks
  • Strawberries
  • 50ml coconut milk
  • 100ml apple juice
  • 4 ice cubes
