Flood Alert issued for Stirling

Stirling Council has warned of heavy rain and possible floods across the central area.

Forecasters have placed a yellow weather warning due to further anticipated rainfall until Saturday.

According to the Council, pallets of sandbags will be stationed outside the gates of Callander and Springkerse roads depots in case of emergency.

There are also multiple red flood warnings for the rest of Scotland.
