TV and media personality, Vicky Pattison has took to Instagram to announce her engagement.
The 34-year-old is to become the wife of Ercan Ramadan.
The both of them have taken part in reality shows in the past.
Pattison starred in Geordie Shore and Ramadan appeared on The Only Way Is Essex.
Pattison shared a photo of the happy couple kissing following the proposal at the beachside venue, Shimmers in Dubai.
She said, “I choose you [Ercan] and I’ll choose you over and over without pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat… It’ll always be you”
The star also posted photos of her diamond ring saying, “I don’t want to bore anyone with my engagement spam… but I’m just not over this beautiful moment, my beautiful man or this beautiful ring…”
While the proposal took place with a blue skied backdrop in Dubai, the ring was actually purchased around five thousand miles away in Scotland.
Local diamond merchant Ian Gallagher Jewellers provided the sparkling diamond.
The Stirling-based shop congratulated the couple on their recent engagement, also on Instagram.
They said, “It has been a pleasure to work with you to create Vicky’s perfect ring”
Gallacher’s added, “…we wish you a lifetime of happiness together”
In a statement, the owner Andrew Gallacher said “They are a lovely couple and it was a pleasure to help design and manufacture the most beautiful engagement ring”
The ring itself is a “Platinum emerald cut diamond solitaire with diamond set shoulders”
Tagging the jewellers on her Instagram stories, Pattison expressed her happiness saying “The best night of my life…” and “you [Ercan] smashed it”
Resharing her story, Gallacher’s stated “What a perfect engagement”
