Popstar Justin Bieber has announced that his latest world tour will be paused, as he plans to “make my health a priority.”
Bieber, who is 28 years old and has produced UK number one singles such as Sorry and What Do You Mean?, was in the middle of his world tour ‘Justice‘ and had appeared on stage in Brazil last weekend.
However, in a statement posted to his Instagram, Bieber said that touring had “taken a real toll” on him.
Bieber continued: “This past weekend, I performed at Rock in Rio and I gave everything I have to the people in Brazil. After getting off stage, the exhaustion overtook me and I realised I need to make my health the priority right now.
“So I’m going to take a break from touring for the time being. I’m going to be OK, but I need time to rest and get better.”

Earlier this year, the singer informed his followers of his experiences with Ramsay Hunt syndrome which creates paralysis in parts of the face, and meant he was also unable to fulfil the North American tour dates of the ‘Justice‘ tour.
The UK-based dates of the tour will see Bieber perform in Manchester, Glasgow, London, Birmingham and Sheffield in February next year.
