Photo Essay: Out and About in Stirling

Whenever my workload at the University of Stirling becomes too much (which happens more often than not during dissertation season), taking a walk around Stirling city centre with my camera helps me to reset. I’m doing something I enjoy whilst being productive, so I don’t feel guilty about ignoring my final project for an hour or two. Anyway, here are some photos that came out of my most recent wander.

I spied this door from the Stirling Castle carpark and it made the steep walk worthwhile. There are so many hidden details in Stirling’s architecture.

If you couldn’t tell, I’m a sucker for a bit of interesting architecture. It always comes across so nicely in photography regardless of your level of experience.

No matter how many times I have walked these same streets, I never get bored of the quirks Stirling holds. With a handful of weeks left until I graduate from university, I thought it was fitting to explore the streets as a student one last time.
