Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 tbs mayonnaise
- 4 tbs fried onion bits
- 4 tsp paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 4 or so black olives
- Hot sauce or fake blood
Method
Step One
Boil all six eggs for 8 minutes to ensure that they are hard-boiled.
Step Two
When done, immediately drain and shock with cold water – this will stop your eggs cooking further and make them easier to peel.
Step Three
Peel the eggs and discard the shells.
Step Four

Slice each egg in half, then carefully remove the yolks and place them into a bowl. Place the whites into the fridge.
Step Five
Using a fork, mash the yolks until they are about ⅓ the size of a grain of rice – or about the size of cous-cous
Step Six
Add the mayonnaise, Paprika, salt, and pepper to taste, and combine until smooth.
Step Seven
Add in the fried onion bits and combine. Only do this when you are close to serving, as they will go soft if left too long.
Step Eight
Retrieve the whites from the fridge, and spoon the mixture into the indentation where the yolk was previously. Don’t be afraid to pile it up.
Step Nine
Slice the black olives into pieces that resemble irises and place one on each egg.
Step Ten
Using your hot sauce or fake blood, draw lines from the yolk onto the whites to mimic a bloodshot effect.
Step Eleven
Serve your devilish eggs soon after assembly.
