Stack and Still is a popular pancake franchise with numerous locations in Scotland including Glasgow City Center and Edinburgh. Known for its unique build your own stack concept, the restaurant allows guests to customise their own pancakes stack. This makes Stack and Still an ideal and accommodating location to celebrate Pancake Day on Tuesday 17 February.
The server will ask you if you have any allergens and guide you through what their menu has to offer. Popular set menu items include the Savoury Smoked Salmon Avocado stack and an All Day Breakfast stack, alongside the Sweet Nutella Pretzel stack, Cinnamon Bun stack and Superfood Healthy Fruits stack.
Trying to hit your protein goal? Stack and Still‘s menu caters to a variety of dietary preferences offering classic buttermilk pancakes, protein pancakes and buckwheat pancakes.
Aside from the set menu, you can select the type of pancake you want and the size of your stack. Then you customise the pancakes with sauces like salted caramel and white chocolate. Available toppings range from strawberries to fried eggs. There are endless combinations available so every visit can be a completely new experience.
Stack and Still don’t just serve pancakes, they have a variety of coffees and soft drinks. They offer snacks like Barbeque Loaded Fries and Caramel Apple Sundaes.
Feeling like a boozy brunch? Stack and Still have an alcohol license so you can enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine with your meal.
Worried that you’ve left it too late to make a booking? Stack and Still operate purely on a walk in basis to allow customers to be seated as quickly as possible. However, bookings may be placed for parties of eight or more guests to allow the restaurant to accommodate for everyone.
