The Lost Boys and 24 actor, Kiefer Sutherland’s concert in Glasgow’s Old Fruitmarket venue marked his 13th concert on his 2026 “Love Will Bring You Home” tour. The performance included a mix of Sutherland’s older songs, covers of favourites and material from his new album “Grey” to create an amazing experience for concert-goers.

Opener

The opener featured a small set of five songs from Scottish artist Colin Andrew, an alt-pop singer and songwriter with a background in folk and traditional music. His songs showcased Andrew’s skill on the acoustic guitar combined with a powerful voice, making him a perfect opener for the show. His new take on a traditional style set the stage and tone for the music that Kiefer Sutherland was playing for the rest of the concert.

Performance

Taking the stage, Kiefer Sutherland introduced his then unreleased album with two songs, Down Below and Goodbye California, providing listeners with an early idea of the new album’s sound following these performances later with three other tracks from Grey, American FarmerSimpler Time and Starlight, with the last closing the show. Sutherland and his band also showed their incredible musical range, performing covers from Ozzy Osbourne, Phil Collins, Garbage and The Marshall Tucker Band of songs from when he was younger. As the new tour and album focus on his early years and growing up the choices he made for the cover songs felt very relevant and blended beautifully with the rest of the concert. When working with the crowd at the venue, Kiefer Sutherland took the time between songs to explain the background and ideas for his songs and new album or to connect with the crowd which really helped to create a much more personal and intimate experience for everyone there. Sutherland and his band have crafted an amazing experience for his fans through both their music and their performance, making this night a truly unforgettable memory for those who attended.

New Album

Kiefer Sutherland’s new album, “Grey” is a beautiful reminiscence of the singers reflections on his life and navigating through it making the album very personal to Sutherland. The connection that Sutherland has to his music is very obvious when you listen to the tracks on Grey and this emotion helps the listener to connect to Sutherland and his experiences that went into the making of this new music. The highlighted track “Goodbye California” focuses on Kiefer Sutherland’s time living in California, moving out of the state and how it affected Sutherland after living there for 35 years. It is a very bittersweet song that listeners can connect to and use to reflect on their own times of change or journey. Sutherland’s album combines beautiful lyrics with amazing musicality to create a great experience for listeners, making the album well worth listening to.
