Further strikes announced for February and March

The strikes will last for 14 days over a period of four weeks.

THE University of Stirling’s staff could be striking for a total of 14 days over a four-week period in February and March.

The strike action, organised by the University and College Union (UCU), is over further disputes about pay and pensions.

Monday February 24 to Wednesday February 26 in week one.

Monday March 2 through to Thursday March 5 in week two.

Monday Monday March 9 through to Friday March 13 in week three.

And Monday March 16 and Tuesday March 17 in week four.

This will be the second set of strikes to taker place this semester, with eight days of strike action that took place in November and December of 2019.
