Fergus’ Story
Fergus’ mental health deteriorated in 2014 when he moved to Durham for university, where he admits to finding it difficult to meet people and feeling lonely. As he studied for exams, he realised he hadn’t spoken to anyone for over a week, which led to his wellbeing, appetite, and fitness worsening.
Following his suicide attempt in 2016 Fergus found help in his sports training community as well as his dog, Odie. This led him to found his coaching company, OMNIA Performance, leading others to fulfil their potential.
Since his lowest point, Fergus dedicated himself to supporting mental health charities, raising £100,000 for Movember.
Project TENacity will be his biggest challenge to date,
