Campus Eats launches new rewards app

2 mins read

Stirling has launched a new rewards app for Campus Eats venues that rewards students with free hot drinks and a rotating selection of food. The app is called Stirling Campus Eats.

On top of collecting rewards, this new app will allow students to load money onto the app for use at Campus Eats venues.

Hot Drinks

Purchasing hot drinks will fill up a voucher towards a free hot drink.

Normally it will take nine drinks to fill up a voucher, however, bringing your own cup will cut that requirement down to only four drinks.

This voucher system is very similar to the system used by most major coffee chains and should be very simple for students to pick up.

Where this app gets a bit more unique is with its point system. The system will reward five points for every pound spent and converts to a gift voucher at 250 pounds spent.

This means that a user will get free food every time they spend 50 pounds. The reward voucher rotates and can only be used on specific products. It is also scheduled to change every month with the first reward being a free crepe.

You can claim the crepe from the food truck located outside the McRoberts Art Centre.

This approach is very unique amongst other reward apps and is not communicated when first using the app. The app is available free to download on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
