Feb 24 marks the day that Agent Dale Cooper first entered the small town of Twin Peaks. And in keeping with tradition, the North Bend government has yet again proclaimed the date as Twin Peaks Day.
“Twin Peaks has drawn tourists year-round to North Bend, the Snoqualmie Valley, and the Greater Seattle area for more than 35 years,” said Mayor Mary Miller.
The Mayor also called to all Snoqualmie Valley residents to join in the celebration “with doughnuts, cherry pie, and a darn fine cup of coffee!”
“This is the ninth year that North Bend has done an official Twin Peaks Day. It has been a wonderful partnership”, said Karl Reinsch, Valley resident and Twin Peaks fan.

The day is celebrated worldwide by fans of the show, who enjoy themed food, drinks and begin their annual rewatches.
Fans local to the valley celebrated four days of themed fun from Thurs Feb 19 – Sun Feb 22, including a dance party and trivia.
This marks the second Twin Peaks day since the death of show co-creator David Lynch in January 2025.
How will you be celebrating Twin Peaks day this year?
